Customer Service is any activity provided by a Green Earth Frog member to enhance a customer’s ability to realize the full potential value of a Green Earth Frog product or service. Our intention is customer satisfaction in any and all transactions, both before and after the sale.
The function of Green Earth Frog is always to convey genuine care for the customer and to consistently deliver the best service experience.
Delivering customer satisfaction is about providing timely, responsive service with integrity, simplicity, and a passion for excellence, while meeting or exceeding the customer’s expectations.
Customer Service Principles
We recognize the importance of all customers and the role every Green Earth Frog member plays in influencing the customer's perceptions. While impacting these perceptions, we will be professional, reliable, credible, responsive and friendly.
We will communicate promptly and honestly and via the customer’s choice of medium, and will strive to do our best to be clear and concise.
We will be a voice for our customers. When rules and policies don’t make sense to a customer, we will challenge the way we at Green Earth Frog do business and will seek opportunities for improvement.
When a problem arises (which is inevitable from time to time), we will view the problem as an opportunity to improve. Solving problems will enable us at Green Earth Frog to raise the quality of our products and services.
When a customer is dissatisfied with a product or products, we will provide a full refund for the product(s) purchased to maintain goodwill and to uphold Green Earth Frog’s reputation for quality and service.
